Changes
  • Updated the included STPdfLib to version 18.24.6.0.
  • The included PDF library is now built with the C++17 language standard, previously C++11 with GNU extensions.
  • The demo apps now require iOS 15 or later. The minimum requirement of the programming interface itself is unchanged.
Bug fixes
  • Fixed an issue where reading the time stamp during signing with biometric signature data could read beyond the end of a memory buffer and lead to unpredictable behavior.
  • Fixed an issue where adding another signature field to a document added a new font and thereby invalidated the signatures already contained in the document.
  • Fixed an issue where filling in a form field invalidated a signature that had already been applied.
  • Fixed an issue where signing a signature field whose definition contains no reference to a page caused the application to crash.
  • Fixed an issue where the result of the online license check was not stored, so that a full online check was performed every time a document was loaded and could delay opening the document.
  • Fixed an issue where annotations marked as hidden became visible when a document was flattened.
  • Fixed an issue where the delivery package did not contain the license texts of the included open source components.
  • Fixed an issue where the page number was displayed in the status bar instead of below the back button.
  • Fixed an issue where form fields with a negative height were displayed upside down after flattening.
