Anniversary: signotec celebrates 25 years of innovation and success!

The electronic signature as an opportunity for digitalisation – this was the vision held by the three founders, Arne Brandes, Gunther Hagner and Wolfgang Specht, when they launched signotec in 2000. Today, after 25 years in business, it is clear to see: signotec has had a lasting impact on the electronic signature sector – not only through the development of highly specialised software, but also through the development and production of its own hardware.

The evolution of the signature has come a long way – from paper and pen, through the fountain pen, to the handwritten electronic signature. Over the last 25 years, signotec’s technology has not only accompanied this development but has actively shaped it, offering sustainable solutions to businesses and organisations worldwide. In doing so, we consistently stand by the ‘Made in Germany’ seal: quality, precision and innovative strength are the cornerstones that have guided us from the very beginning. It is therefore no surprise that what began as a three-man operation has grown into a globally active, medium-sized company.

• Technological innovations: With highly specialised software such as signoSign/Universal and signoSign/2, as well as our own first-class hardware, we have been setting industry standards for 25 years.
• Customer focus and partnerships: Whether in the DACH region or worldwide, we work closely with our customers and partners. International banks and insurance companies alike place their trust in our solutions.

A great deal has happened, particularly since our 20th anniversary. In recent years, we have successfully established ourselves in the DACH region as a reliable partner for banks, insurance companies and local authorities. It is precisely in these sectors, which are often characterised by paper-based processes, that our solutions help to optimise workflows, reduce costs and make processes more efficient.
We have also made significant progress internationally: through our regular participation in GITEX Global, we have been able to further tap into the Middle Eastern market, forge important partnerships and expand our customer portfolio even further.

A look to the future:

Our solutions, such as qualified signatures via our signoSign/Universal software application, offer companies and organisations the security and flexibility they need in a digitalised world. Efficiency and legal certainty go hand in hand. Our solutions are constantly being optimised so that we can offer our customers and partners the very best solution.
But our commitment goes further: since August 2023, we have been a training company and place great importance on training the skilled workers of tomorrow.
