Activate your signotec software with ease

Activate your signotec product quickly and easily. On this page, you will learn how to licence your software correctly. Please follow the instructions for your respective software to successfully complete the activation process.

Licensing via software code applies to the following products:

  • signotec signoAPI
  • signotec Biometrics API

How it works:

  1. Open the licence tool (Signotec-Licence.exe) for your signotec software product via the Start menu or the installation directory. Run it as an administrator.
  2. Under „Product“, select the software you want to activate (e.g. signoAPI or Biometrics API).
  3. Click on „Request licence by email“ and enter your company name, customer number and invoice number.
  4. After verification by our team, you will receive your personal licence key by email. Verification usually takes 2-3 hours during business hours.
  5. Enter the licence key in the field of the same name and click on „Activate licence“.

Once activation is complete, you will have full access to all functions.
