Gamma signature pad receives approval from South African authorities

What does this mean in practical terms, and what happens next? Following the successful certification of the Gamma signature pad by the South African government IT agency SITA, it now features on the procurement list as part of RFB740. This is a cross-cutting contract governing the procurement of computers, mobile devices and services, computer peripherals, consumables and services for government departments for a period of three years. In simpler terms, this means that government agencies can now procure the Gamma signature pad from the RFB740 list thanks to the certification, without having to go through a tender process.
