Start of the apprenticeship programme at signotec: Welcoming the new apprentices

Following a warm welcome from the management team and the trainer, the introductory tour began straight away, giving the new recruits the chance to meet their colleagues at the Ratingen site and familiarise themselves with the premises. Initial contacts were made and basic organisational matters were clarified.

signotec is particularly proud to welcome two trainees to the team. In doing so, signotec is helping to make training programmes in medium-sized companies even more attractive and to counteract the shortage of skilled workers. At the same time, young colleagues in particular bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to the already experienced team.

So here we go – the training adventure begins. A new chapter in life, their first taste of responsibility and exciting challenges await the young colleague in application development and the young colleague in system integration. The signotec team wishes both trainees a great start to their training and looks forward to the exciting times ahead!
