Electronic signatures in Amparex

The integration of electronic signatures into the Amparex practice software from EVEX Deutschland GmbH allows you to sign documents directly from your industry software in a legally compliant manner. Using the connected desktop software signoSign/2, almost any document can be forwarded for signature, signed, and then automatically saved back in Amparex. This allows you to seamlessly integrate digital signatures into your practice processes—without media discontinuity and without manual intermediate steps.

Features & Benefits

The signature processes are initiated directly from Amparex. Signing takes place in signoSign/2, after which the signed document is automatically returned to the patient file or the respective process.

Errors due to missing or incorrectly positioned signatures are reduced.
Efficient practice procedures
The signature is used as part of the regular document workflow. There is no need for printouts, scanning, or separate archiving steps. All documents remain in the digital patient or administrative process.
Legally compliant e-signature
The signatures are based on advanced electronic signatures in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation as standard. Biometric signature data can be stored in encrypted form in the document, enabling direct traceability.
