Electronic signatures in Stranger by Beister Software

The integration of signotec’s electronic signature solution into Beister Software GmbH’s Stranger software enables you to have documents digitally signed directly in your agency’s specialist procedures. Depending on your requirements, two interface variants are available: “Light” with signotec Sigma for pure signature capture, and “Comfort” with signotec Delta and signoAPI for extended signature processes including document display on the pad. This allows you to integrate e-signatures into your existing processes in a structured manner – adapted to your organizational and legal requirements.

Features & Benefits

The signature is initiated directly from Stranger. It is captured via a connected signotec signature pad and automatically assigned to the respective process.

“Light” interface

The “Light” version allows you to capture a handwritten electronic signature without displaying the document on the pad. The signotec Sigma is particularly suitable for standardized processes with clearly defined document content.

Comfort interface

Mit der „Light“-Version können Sie eine handschriftliche elektronische Signatur erfassen, ohne das Dokument auf dem Pad anzuzeigen. Das signotec Sigma eignet sich besonders für standardisierte Prozesse mit klar definierten Dokumentinhalten.

Flexible signatures

The “Comfort” version allows multiple signatures to be captured in a single document. Signature fields can be targeted specifically, enabling even complex approval or participation processes to be mapped.

Automatic return to Stranger

After signing, the signed document is automatically returned to Stranger and assigned to the respective process. No additional manual steps are required.
