Electronic signatures in enaio® DMS

By integrating signoSign/2 into the enaio® Document Management System (DMS), you can open documents directly from the DMS for editing and signing. Any changes are automatically saved back to the document management system, allowing existing workflows to continue seamlessly.

This solution is ideal for businesses that wish to manage documents in a structured manner within the Optimal Systems DMS and integrate signatures into their workflow. Depending on the licence, signatures are captured either on a signotec signature pad or on a tablet PC, and in conjunction with the full range of features offered by signoSign/2.

Launch directly from the DMS
Documents can be opened directly from enaio® in signoSign/2. This ensures that the processing workflow remains integrated into your existing document management system.
Apply changes to the DMS
When you save, the changes you have made are automatically updated in the DMS. This ensures that the status of the documents is managed centrally and remains traceable.
Signature using a pad or tablet
Depending on the licence, the signature can be created on a signotec signature pad, pen display or tablet PC. This means the solution can be adapted to suit the specific workplace.
Check-in and check-out
Files are checked in and out of the DMS. This ensures that the latest version of the document is always backed up.
No additional module required
No additional modules are required on the enaio® side. Provided that signoSign/2 is installed, the integration can generally be used.
