Electronic signature in freiblick.forms

With the integration of signoSign/Universal into freiblick.forms, you can capture electronic signatures directly within digital consent and form processes. This is particularly relevant for hospitals, clinics, medical centres and similar facilities, where patient information, admission and consent must be documented efficiently and in a traceable manner.

The signature processes can be initiated directly from the relevant HIS within the treatment and admissions environment. Signatures can be captured either on signotec signature pads or on existing iOS and Android tablets.

By integrating via an iFrame, signoSign/Universal is deeply integrated. This allows signature workflows to be embedded within freiblick.forms and managed in a way that suits the specific clinical process.

signoSign/Universal is web-based and can be accessed via a browser or the signotec apps. This allows signature processes to be carried out both at the workplace and on mobile devices.

Customised service

Thanks to iFrame integration, the interface can be seamlessly embedded within freiblick.forms. A customised toolbar supports clinic-specific workflows and provides clear user guidance.

Multi-stage workflows

For more complex processes, workflows involving multiple signatures and participants can also be set up. This is useful when approvals, confirmations or further signatures are required in sequence.

Legally compliant documentation

signoSign/Universal supports advanced electronic signatures in accordance with eIDAS. When creating handwritten signatures using signotec devices, biometric features are captured alongside the visible signature and stored in encrypted form within the document.
