Electronic signature in IGEL OS

With the integration of signotec drivers into the IGEL OS thin client operating system, electronic signatures can be used directly in virtual work environments. Companies that rely on IGEL thin clients can seamlessly integrate signotec signature pads into their existing infrastructure. The drivers are already included in the operating system up to IGEL OS 11 and can be activated by administrators. Starting with IGEL OS 12, the drivers are provided via the IGEL App Portal, where they can be installed and automatically updated. This allows electronic signatures to be used reliably even in virtualized work environments, for example in connection with specialist applications, document management systems, or form processes.
