Electronic signature in Iptor Multiflex

With the integration of electronic signatures in Iptor Multiflex, you can sign documents directly from your ERP system. The connection is established via signotec APIs and a signotec signature pad. Documents such as orders, delivery notes, or custody orders are transferred to the pad with a click of the mouse, where they are checked and signed. The signed document is automatically transferred back to Iptor Multiflex and stored in the desired DMS or document explorer. This allows you to design your processes without media discontinuity and reduce manual intermediate steps.

Features & Benefits

The signature processes are controlled entirely from Iptor Multiflex. You remain in your familiar interface and integrate the e-signature directly into existing workflows.

Direct integration into Iptor Multiflex
From Iptor Multiflex, you can send documents to the signotec signature pad with a single click. The document displayed is an exact replica of the original. Once signed, it is automatically transferred to the system.
Paperless on-site signature
The document is displayed in full on the color display of the signotec pad, where it can be checked. Signing is done directly on the pad using a pressure-sensitive pen. Printing or subsequent scanning is not necessary.
Automatic document filing
The signed document is automatically processed in Iptor Multiflex. It can be stored in the Iptor Multiflex Document Explorer, in Iptor Multiflex DMS, or in an external document management system. Keywording and assignment to the original document are automated. Subsequent scanning is not necessary.
Flexible application possibilities
The signature is available for various document types, such as repair orders, loan equipment orders, delivery notes, or data processing consents. This allows you to integrate the e-signature into different business processes.
Legally binding signature
The solution meets the requirements for advanced electronic signatures. In addition to the visible signature, biometric characteristics such as writing speed and pressure are recorded. This data is stored in encrypted form in the document and can be used as legal evidence in the event of a dispute.
No media discontinuity in document flow
Direct integration eliminates the traditional process of printing, signing, scanning, and filing. This reduces sources of error and saves time. Your documents remain available in digital form throughout.
