Electronic signature in repdoc, PV:MANAGER, WAP, and PartsFinder invoicing

The integration of the signotec e-signature into the products of Limex Computer GmbH enables you to sign documents electronically directly in the repdoc workshop software, PV:MANAGER, WAP, and PartsFinder faktura.

Signatures can be added either via the signoSign/Universal cloud application with connected signotec signature pads or, alternatively, via a local API integration.

This allows you to design your processes in the workshop, parts distribution, and administration without media discontinuity. Documents are signed digitally and immediately processed or archived in the respective system.

The signature processes are initiated and controlled directly in repdoc, PV:MANAGER, WAP, or PartsFinder faktura. You remain in your familiar working environment and integrate the electronic signature without changing systems.

On-site signature with pad

Customers sign directly on a signotec signature pad. The signature is transferred to the respective document in real time. Paper printouts and subsequent scanning processes are no longer necessary.

Cloud-Integration

With the preferred cloud solution signoSign/Universal, you can use e-signatures flexibly and independently of location. The signature pads are connected locally. Updates and further developments are provided centrally.

Local API

Optionally, integration can be carried out locally via the signotec signoAPI. This option is suitable for environments with specific IT requirements. The signature function is integrated directly into your existing system landscape.

Workflow-Integration

Signature processes are initiated directly from the respective order, quote, or form. Documents remain in the system and are automatically assigned to the process—seamlessly and without any intermediate steps.

Audit-proof

The electronic signature is embedded in the document and provided with additional signature data. This ensures that the integrity of the document remains traceable. Any changes made after signing are detectable.
