Direct connection via GDT

signoGDT uses the established GDT interface to connect to your practice management system. Documents are transferred from the practice software to the signature application and are automatically available in the system again after signing.

On-site signature on the pad

Patients sign directly on a signotec signature pad. The document can be displayed and checked immediately. The signature is embedded directly into the respective document.

Automated filing

Once the signature has been completed, the signed document is automatically returned to the practice management system. Manual filing or scanning is not necessary. This reduces sources of error and saves time.

Legally binding signature

The solution meets the requirements for advanced electronic signatures. In addition to the visible signature, biometric characteristics such as writing speed and pressure are recorded. This data is stored in encrypted form in the document and can be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.
