The solution seamlessly connects signotec software to existing processes in medical practices and medical facilities via the GDT interface. Direct connection via GDT
SignoMed uses the established GDT interface to connect to your practice management system. Documents are transferred from the practice software to the signature application and are automatically available in the system again after signing.
On-site signature on the pad
Patients can conveniently sign on a signotec signature pad. The document can be displayed so that its contents can be checked before signing.
Fast and error-free
The documents to be signed are automatically and reliably filled in with the relevant patient data from the GDT interface.
Automated filing
Once the signature has been completed, the signed document is automatically returned to the practice management system. Manual filing or scanning is not necessary. This reduces sources of error and saves time.
Legally binding signature
The solution meets the requirements for advanced electronic signatures. In addition to the visible signature, biometric characteristics such as writing speed and pressure are recorded. This data is stored in encrypted form in the document and can be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.
