With the integration of signoSign/Universal into the SYNCCESS travel agency software from Z.I.E.L. GmbH, you can integrate electronic signatures directly into your consulting and booking processes. Contracts and travel documents can be signed digitally without media discontinuity. You can flexibly decide whether the signature is made on site via smartphone or tablet, requested remotely by email, or using a signotec signature pad. The signed document is automatically saved back in SYNCCESS, where it is available in an audit-proof format.

Direct integration into SYNCCESS

The electronic signature is fully integrated into SYNCCESS. Documents are made available for signature without having to switch systems. This simplifies operation and saves time in day-to-day business.

Flexible use

You can choose between on-site signatures or remote signatures via email. This allows you to adapt the process to your consulting situation at the travel agency. Hybrid scenarios are also possible without any problems.

On-site via QR code

Signatories scan a QR code with their smartphone or tablet. The document is displayed directly on the mobile device and signed. No additional app installation is required.

Remote signature

The signature can be requested directly from SYNCCESS by email. The signatory receives a secure link to the signature. Optionally, access can be protected by a password or a TAN.

Biometric signature

You can use a signotec signature pad at the counter to sign. Biometric signature capture takes place immediately and transparently directly on the pad in the travel agency—without the additional use of a mobile device.

Seamless processes

After signing, the signed document is automatically saved back to SYNCCESS. No manual assignment or post-processing is required. Your documents remain fully archived in the system.
