Electronic signature in MODWORK by TBZ-PARIV

The integration of electronic signatures into MODWORK from TBZ-PARIV makes it possible to digitally sign documents directly within the workflow software. In combination with the signotec Delta signature pad and the signoPAD API/Web, signatures can be conveniently captured directly at the workplace. The solution is typically used in processes where documents are created, reviewed, or approved within MODWORK. Users can obtain signatures directly during the workflow without having to export documents from the system. This reduces paper-based processes and speeds up approvals. At the same time, all relevant documents and signatures remain available directly in the system and can be managed centrally.
