Electronic signature in the VEMA broker platform

VEMA Versicherungsmakler Genossenschaft eG has fully integrated signotec’s signoSign/Universal electronic signature solution into its VEMA extranet. The solution is available to all affiliated insurance brokers and supports both on-site signatures and remote signatures directly in the digital brokerage process.

Using signoSign/Universal, brokers can sign PDF documents in a legally compliant manner and efficiently control document-related processes without leaving their familiar VEMA working environment. The signature solution is procured and licensed directly by VEMA for the respective brokers.

The e-signature processes are initiated and controlled directly in the VEMAextranet. Brokers remain on their platform, avoid media breaks, and can capture signatures directly in the context of their daily work.

Flexible signature processes

With signoSign/Universal, insurance documents can be signed electronically at the customer's premises or sent to customers via remote signature. Remote signature uses secure, web-based workflows, eliminating the need for a physical signature on site.

Fully integrated into the VEMA workflow

Broker-specific documents, such as applications, mandate agreements, or policies, are processed in the VEMAextranet. After uploading, these are automatically prepared for signature and signed with signoSign/Universal.

Overview and status tracking

After creating a signature action, brokers can view the status of all required signatures directly in their VEMA system. Reminders are sent automatically, and the signature list is regularly updated in the background.oSign/Universal signed.

Automatic notification

As soon as a document has been signed, brokers receive an automated notification. This reduces manual checks and keeps processes transparent and traceable.

Reduced effort

Digital signatures eliminate the need for printing, scanning, and mailing. Documents can be processed, archived, or sent to insurers immediately after signing—all within the digitized VEMA environment.
