Digital consulting reimagined – efficient, secure, and customer-focused
SV SparkassenVersicherung (SV) has been using electronic signatures from signotec since 2021 to digitize consulting and contract processes. Initially, the signoSign/2 software was introduced on Microsoft Surface devices for digital signatures in the field, even offline. The next phase involved integrating the solution into the company’s own consulting system to ensure legal compliance, data protection, and audit security.
Expansion with signoSign/Universal
Today, SV also uses the web application signoSign/Universal—a flexible solution that enables signatures to be made anywhere, anytime. Digital remote signatures play a key role in online consulting: customers can sign documents during or after the consultation—without any paper or additional software.
Two flexible signature options:
LIVE signature: During the consultation, the customer scans a QR code, signs in real time on their own smartphone, and the signature is transferred directly to the document.
Asynchronous signature: The customer receives a secure link and a TAN via email or SMS to sign the document later—simple, fast, and secure.
