Digital signatures for telepresence – implemented with tellma and signotec

The video terminals use signotec signature pads, primarily the signotec Sigma and signotec Gamma models. Customers can sign documents digitally directly at the terminal – easily, legally compliant, and fully integrated into the process.

The signature processes are based on the signotec software signoSign/2, which is used to create and configure document types. They are then imported as XML files into the tellma management application, where they are immediately available for digital signature using signoSign/Universal, signotec’s web application for flexible signatures on terminals or tablets.

The integration of signoAPI has also created a direct connection between the tellma portal application and the signotec pads. The result: completely media-break-free document processing – from creation and signing to audit-proof storage.
