The solution: SIGN in waveware®
The SIGN signature solution within waveware® enables documents to be signed digitally via touchscreen, mobile device, or signotec signature pad.
Documents are created in waveware® using the integrated form generator and transferred to signoSign/Universal as PDF files for signing.
After signing, the document is automatically stored in the waveware® document management system, without media discontinuity and in a traceable manner.
The solution complies with ISO standards and the eIDAS Regulation, ensuring that signatures are legally binding and have high evidential value.
Integration accelerates business processes, making them paperless and environmentally friendly. At the same time, the solution supports flexible signature processes, remote signatures, and multiple signatories in a single document.
