800 signotec Delta signature pads have set off for Morocco, where they will be delivered by Munisys to a major Moroccan banking group that is already a leader in the field of digital transformation. The signotec Delta pads will further advance the digitalisation of business processes. Specifically, at the point of sale in individual bank branches, work processes will be accelerated, as the documents generated on a daily basis can be securely signed electronically using a signature pad, thereby eliminating the need for time-consuming paper-based logistics.

Whilst searching for a suitable product, Munisys came across signotec, one of the world’s leading companies in this field, which offers secure solutions for efficient signature processes. signotec’s signature pads are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure precise, reliable and, above all, secure capture of signatures – factors that are of the utmost importance to the bank’s customers.

The initial discussions between the two companies were already promising, and so Munisys purchased a number of test devices to assess their integration potential with its major clients. As the test results were outstanding, Munisys expanded the scope of the trials and the signature pads were tested on the bank’s premises. Thanks to signotec’s professional and prompt support with questions regarding security and the implementation of PDF signatures, the trial phase was deemed a success in record time. Furthermore, as the end customer, the bank was impressed by the design and quality of the ‘Made in Germany’ signature pads.

In the proof of concept, signotec clearly came out on top against its competitors.
